We have Single cage / Double cases be your choice, each cage can capacity load 1000-3000kg, standard size 3*1.5*2.2m. We can support OEM order too, if you need other special type cage, please tell us more requirements. For cage type, you can choose:
1.With / Without driven cabin,
2.Punched steel plate(standard) / punched alumiunm plate / wire mesh.
About Mast Section:
All mast section use high quality steel, it is more stable and safety, unique robotic welding technology for extended service life.
As hoist climbing medium, each section will be strict QC before delivery, good quality can support cage running smoothly.
The mast section standard size is 650*650*1508mm, 450*450*1508mm. (Can custom)
We have two types surface treatment be your choice:
1. Painting Alloy: More types color, Cost-effective
2. Hot Galvanized: Better rust resistance
About Driven Unit:

2. Are all construction hoists the same from all Vendors & Manufacturers? Our construction hoist has been improved better than some others. Firstly, the mast section stulls are changed to U-shape structure, the diagonal bracing adopt solid round steel instead of hollow. So the mast section becomes more stable than the old type. Secondly, in the configuration, we adopt famous brand motor special supply for Beidou, Schneider electric and Huaye Rongcheng brand gear reducer. |
