Shandong Zhiheng Vibration Damping Tech Co., Ltd, was established in July 2005 with a registered capital of 40million RMB. Now it has 326 employees, and its South Plant & North Plant totally occupy an area of 100,000M2. Its major products are CRH springs, passenger coach springs, Metro springs and all kinds of mechanical engineering springs.
Our company now has 6 spring production lines. In June 1999, the company was appointed by the Railway Locomotives & Vehicles Company and Transportation Bureau of China Railway Ministry as a designated railway spring manufacturer (production code DNJ).
In June 2002, the company passed through ISO9001:2000 certification and is now the strongest, fully qualified company among the seven designated domestic companies. Our company is the key qualified supplier for CSR & CNR's 20 manufacturing and maintenance plants, and is also a qualified supplier for the 18 China Railway Bureaus.
Our company also becomes a qualified supplier of Bombardier - the world's largest transportation equipment manufacturer, and Komatsu - one of the world's largest engineering & mining machinery manufacturer, and also other world's famous enterprises such as German Siemens, Japanese Kobelco and Korea Doosan. Meanwhile, some of our products have been directly exported to the USA, UK, Indonesia, South Africa, India, Thailand and other overseas markets.
