Main Feature
SWPTC400 tyre crane hoisting torque is large and same lifting capacity in 360 degree. Because of the same outrigger longitudinal span and transverse span of the crane, the crane in all direction has exactly the same ability and stability and it makes a very safety operation of the crane.
With advanced cross variable pump control system, independent hydraulic pump supply oil to lifting, amplitude and slewing system, which means that the operation is not affected and the crane has high efficiency working speed. The main work of the dual pump is with advanced independent cross variable to ensure the power of the lifting and amplitude, and can use the remaining power of each other which makes that the crane's heavy work is smooth, light work is high speed and the
energy is saved.
With two way buffer and free slip rotation system, realize the fast and smooth braking of the crane slewing.Advanced hoisting system of swptc400, stable and reliable breaking and high efficiency work meet the special requirements of the port handling.The brake of the lifting and amplitude is a type of disc brake which is safety, reliable and long lifetime.
swptc400 has all kinds of safety valve, hydraulic lock, balance valve, high limit, arm up angle limit, brake, reversing buzzer,
rotating sound and light alarm etc. It also has moment limiter.
The streamlined cab of stamping forming is spacious, bright and the sight is good. It is equipped with the imported seat and steering wheel that the angle can be adjusted and a fully automatic air conditioning made by Japan which ensures the comfort of the operator.
