1. Do you support customization?
Yes, we are an integrated enterprise of manufacturing and trade. So we can enable customers and designers communicate efficiently.
2. Can I mix different models into one container?
Yes, different series can be mixed, but the total quantity cannot be less than 40HQ.
3. How long can it be delivered after the order is placed?
It depends on your requirements and our production schedule. Normally around 15-20 days.
4. What kind of shipment and packing do you support?
FOB, CKD/SKD.
5. What kind of payment do you support?
T/T, or cash.
6. What about the after-sales services?
If our products do not meet your requirement or there are quality problems, we will be responsible for it.
7. How about the cooperation process?
Confirm details of order, 30% deposit, arrange production, pay the balance, shipment.
