Product Description
HJF3500 series flange liquid level transmitter is to pass the liquid level of the measured medium into the high and low pressure chambers, act on both sides of the isolation diaphragm of δ element (i.e. sensitive element), and transmit it to both sides of the measurement diaphragm through the separator and the filling liquid in the element. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the displacement of the measuring diaphragm will be generated, and the displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides will be unequal. Through the oscillation and demodulation link, it will be converted into a 4-20mA signal digital signal proportional to the pressure. Flange liquid level transmitter is suitable for continuous measurement of material level in various tanks and vessels in industrial production. The instrument outputs 0-10mA or 4-20Ma standard DC signal to supply display, multi-point patrol inspection, recording, control, regulation and other instruments or PLC, DCS, FCS system, so as to realize automatic recording and regulation of material level.| Applicable medium | acid, alkali, salt or any medium without corrosion to polytetrafluoroethylene |
