2. Do I need to pay anti-dumping tax if I'm from EU?
No. We produce and ship from Europe,and there is no anti-dumping tax for bikes from our European company.
3. What is the MOQ? Is sample order available?
Shipping from China factory MOQ is 20 per model.
Shipping from EU factory MOQ is 50 per model.
But we accept 1 sample order for hot sell models.
4. I have my own design, can you make my bikes based on my design?
Yes, we have our R&D team to bring your design to life.
5.How do you assure your quality?
Both JOBO China and JOBO Europe are managed based on ISO9001. We have IQC, IPQC,FQC to assure our quality.
6. Is delivery on time?
Our production time is around 60 days and in stock product soonest delivery will be within 2-3 working days after your payment,because we have overseas warehouse in Europe.
