SUNPEED has its own D&R department, producing line and sales department. Sunpeed bike, has been adhering to the concept of QUALITY FIRST, SERVICE FIRST, BRAND FIRST.
Sunpeed bike focus on the promotion of high-end bicycle, super performance, technological innovation on materials and designs and every details.We are specialized in mountain bike, road bike, fat bike for adults. Electric bike is sunpeed next big project. Including Carbon and Aluminum alloy material. New model come in every few months. Sunpeed is also cooperating with some big brand and offering OEM& ODM service.
Sample shipment: UPS/DHL/FEDEX/EMS/Your forwarder
1) We usually ship out small cubage sample by quickest express such as UPS,DHL,FEDEX according to customers' destination.
2) For unusual cubage like complete bikes, sevral units of frames, we usually ship out samples by EMS
3) Under EXW price, Cutomers designated their own forwarder to pick up cargos from own warehouse.
4) Under CIF/FOB price, We arrange the shippment to customers' named warehouse, including the local chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers is reponsable to hanlde the terminal local charges and Custom
5) Under DDU/DDP price, We arrange the shippment to customers' named terminal warehouse address, incuding all the custom clearances of both sides and all port charges. Customers need to cooperate with our logistic forwarder agent to finish the clearance and TARIFF payment.
Packing
1)Material:Carton package and plastic film packaging, carton packaging outside.
2)Size: 144cm*76cm*20cm.One bike into per carton.
3)Container size:There are 300pcs into a 40HQ container.There are 135pcs into a 20HQ container.
Tax
We do not assume any TARIFF for the customs of your country. Usually we help the customers to reduce cost by issuing the lower value Commercial Invoice and Packing List, This can enable customers to reduce the TARIFF.

Q1: Wonder if you accept small orders?
A1: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .in order to get more orders and give our clients more convener ,we accept small order.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery? A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
