Installation of Wired Road Stud
1. When install the road studs,it need Set security facilities and configuring security personnel to
ensure the safety of the installation work carried out.
2. Need check the location of the installation required a flat, specifications.
3. Try to choose sunny weather construction to make sure the floor is clean, dry (with fixed spike
glue must be clean, dry ground).
4. When the glue is installed: appropriate amount of glue needed to ensure that the bottom was
saturated sticky glue, such as glue, there is the need to clean up the spill,
Press the spike at the installation location, ensure correct orientation.
5. Cast aluminum with foot installation: holes deeper than "nail pin" depth 1cm, hole diameter is
larger than the "nail pin" diameter 2mm (control between 2-5mm).
6. After installation is complete, once inspections to ensure proper installation position of the
spike, there is no anti-loaded, installed crooked.
7. After curing spike more than 4 hours, evacuate install security isolation facilities.
