Working Principle of PCS Intelligent auto mechanical HuaXing 6-35level tower parking system:
Vertical Lifting Parking is also called as tower garage. System combined with elevator and movable comb frame. The elevator lifts the car automatically to the appointed layer and then the sliding comb frame will take over the car in time. Fast exchange action thanks to comb theory technology. Compare to pallet type tower parking, it save half of the time. The continual action controlled by PLC program and covered with multiplex electric protection.
The garage can be built by steel structure or concrete structure with 90 degree or 180 degree U-turn way. The average capacity of 50 square meters is 40~50 parking spaces, its containing rate is 10 times to the traditional parking. It's the choice of densely populated area, such as hotels, shopping centers, business places, etc.
Main Systems of Huaxing tower parking system:
(1) The elevator systems:The elevator is in charged of the lifting movement of the vehicles,which mainly composed by steel structure,carriage,counter weight,drive system,guide devices,safety protection devices.
(2) The entrance & exit systems:It mainly includes automatic door, turn table, scanning device, voice prompts etc, that ensure the safety of users and cars, and fast accurately find the vehicle.
(3)The carrier systems-Fork exchange structure: As the new exchange way born in recent years,to overcome the shortcomings of the prior carriers, the new horizontal holding carrier has 5 major bright spots, such as low request of storey, large bearing (up to 2.5-2.8 tons), more vehicles in the same space etc.
(4) Electrical control systems: The control core PLC is Siemens S7 series, with multiple operating mode such as automatic, semi-automatic, emergency, maintenance etc.
(5) Intelligent management systems: Adopt intelligent IC card to control vehicle access, one card one car, capture image, and contrast image of the vehicle access, prevent loss of vehicle.
(6) Monitoring & chargement systems: The monitoring equipment core is advanced digital hard disk video recorder,it mainly includes 5 parts: photograph, transmission, display, recording and control, with image acquisition, switching control, recording and playback functions.
The chargement system can be combined with parking barrier toll system, its main function is to facilitate the customers's payment or temporary parking fees, instant upload transaction records.
