1. Q: Why should we choose you?
A: We only supply the bike with high-quality components. All the components should be checked carefully before assembling, thus, any broken or deficient components will not be used on the bikes.
2. Q: Are you a factory or an import and export company?
A: We are an e-bike manufacturer who does not use a middle man and instead ships our bikes at drastically reduced prices direct to the customer. You are saving a lot of money by buying directly from us.
3. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, feel free to order a sample or visit us at our factory for a test ride.
4. Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: Some models we have in stock. If you have interested models, you can inform us in advance, we can check our warehouse first.
5. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept all kinds of payment terms. e.g. T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, O/A, etc.
6. Q: How do you ensure the quality of the bikes before delivery?
A: Bikes are tested for their performance, speed, and productivity in harsh conditions by final quality control teams before delivery.
7. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: About 35-45 days depends on peak season or not.
8. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
9. Q: Is it easy to assemble when I receive it?
A: When you receive the bike, simply remove the protective sponge, unfold the bike, assemble the front wheel and peddles, and you're DONE!
10. Q: How do you charge the battery and how long does it take?
A: The battery charges in about 3-4 hours using our included charger. You can do this while it's on the bike or if it's easier, take it out and charge it at home or in your office.
11. Q: What's your warranty term?
A: We use only quality components on our bikes to ensure our bikes last a long time. And we do offer a TWO Year Limited Warranty on all our new bikes including motor, battery, etc…
In the unlikely case that a part breaks because of defects within the first year, we will ship replacement parts free of charge to you.
Warranty doesn't cover bulbs, brake pads/blocks, bearings, tires, tubes, chains, sprockets, hangers, cables, and other items generally regarded as consumables.
12.Q: What's the top speed of the bike?
A: Our bikes can easily hit 35km/hour on battery power alone. Due to European law, we place a speed limit at 25km/h (For U.S. it is 32km/h) The speed limit can be easily adjusted before shipment upon your request.
