- Can I use my logo and design on Overfly products?

Yes. OEM is available base on the MOQ for the corresponding models.

- What is the production and delivery time?

In general, it takes about 45-75 days to get an order ready for a 40' HQ container. But it may take some extra time, according to your actual quantity and complexity of your order details. For example, if your order is covering some details specially developed for you, the delivery time may be longer.

- How could I get a sample?

Yes.If you can not buy our product in your local area we will ship a sample to you.You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs.Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.

- What kind of warranty do you privide with your products?

We supply 1% FREE easy damaged spare parts on basis electric bikes container order. Should you have problems due to part defect, please email us with pictures so as to see the problem.If we find the part is defective we will send the appropriate parts to you via Air Express. It is suggested to buy parts also so as to have stock for future customer service, If you have any problem in after-sale service, please contact:  

- May I mix my container order?

MOQ is 200 units. Trail order is acceptable Two models for one 40HQ container.

- May I visit your factory?

We always welcome customers to our factory. Nearest airport is YIWU. We will provide your ride from the airport to our factory.Before your trip please email us for further instructions.

- Do Overfly models confirm to any European and USA regulations?

Yes. We have achieved CE certificate by SGS and TUV, EN15194 for ebikes, EN17128 for escooters. Some models are also with the UL test report.

- Do you accept distributorship or sole agency?
