The factory has more than 20,000 square meters , Our core is built with a trust and in-depth skilled knowledge of 400+ employees .The facility extends to 8 operational assembly lines dedicated amongst all kinds of Bicycles and E-bikes, automated transmission for warehousing, automated palletizers, dedicated bay with robotic arms for 7 Liquid painting line and 1 powder coating line, automatic wheel set assembly equipment which includes automatic wheel production M/C, demarcated auto- tightening M/C, Valve positioning M/C, Automated wheel trueing M/C, auto wheel assembly loading M/C, automated frame assembly feeder and many more.
