1.The undercarriage assembly
     The undercarriage assembly consists of frame body, left and right-steering wheel hub, hydraulic pallet, storage battery drawer and related hydraulic and electronic components.
     The frame is equipped with an automatic pot hole protection system, providing higher safety when the platform lifts.
     The tyre is high-load traceless and solid rubber one, with characteristics of big load, stably driving and cleaner indoor operation.
     Driving mode adopts hydraulic drive, for which White driving motor and brake are selected. The system is set with two gears of slow-down driving, which can meet the driving requirements of vehicle in different environments.       When driving on a rampway, the traveling mechanism has self-braking function and is set with manual clutch device at the same time, through which the brake may be opened manually in case of low battery or driving fault for convenient of jerking.
     Steering mechanism is that drove by hydraulic cylinder, which makes that the machine have no turning radius and the platform be cable of adapting narrow operation environment.
2.Shear-forked arm assembly
     Shear-forked arm using narrow arm frame is reinforced locally, which has better reliability and longer service life.
3.Electrical system
     The electrical system is the control system made by Hirschmann, which adopts CAN bus control technology. The chassis is set with a controller and platform is set with an operating handle. CAN bus is adopted for communication between the chassis and platform controller to achieve control on machine action.
     Actions which are mainly achieved by electrical system include: Left and right steering, toward and backward driving, high and low-speed driving control and platform lifting and falling of the vehicle.
