MTQS -1500 cleaning truck mainly composed by drive system, walking transmission device, turning device, the braking system, hydraulic system, the clean-up devices, dust collection systems, electrical systems and chassis etc.
1. Drive system
Cleaning truck adopted ZS1125 single-cylinder diesel engine as the driving force, respectively the power for truck working, hydraulic transmission, and generator.
2. Working transmission device
Engine power drive the clutch with the help of the belt, through the gearbox, compensating gear, half-axle transmission and etc, and final drive tire, ensure the vehicle working normally.

It composed by steering wheel, drag link, track rod, turning wheel and etc,

5. Hydraulic system device
Hydraulic system is composed of duplicate gear pump, multitandem valve, gerotor motor, oil cylinder. The function is pass the power output by hydraulic pump, through hydraulic motor to sweeping wheel, and the oil cylinder control the dust collection box raise and down.
6.Cleaning device
Clean-up equipment made up of inner tube, the up outer tube, the down outer tube and wire, chain sprocket, etc.
It is necessary to re-change the steel wire after a period of time using, remove the whole round wire, and then rip cover both ends of the upper and lower outer tube separate from the package of new holes in the wire, and then re-merge the upper and lower outer tube that can be.

7. Dust Collecting System
The dust collecting system is mainly comprised of a dust collector and its main arm as well as tipping arm. The system is designed to collect and clean waste materials, and then remove them.
8. Electrical System
The electrical system mainly comprised of a generator, batteries, a start motor and headlamps etc. The system is designed to start up the engine and provide illumination during the night.
