Upper part of vehicle

Cold light source LED lighting device and a drainage hole with airtight performance are provided inside the cargo van. And the internal panel of the bottom plate is a bamboo rubber board, which is firm and impact resistant and suitable for cargo loading and unloading.
2. Design of back door and door frame:
Design of back door and door frame allows it can be open at 270 degree. Material of the door bracket is a 2.5-millimetre-thick stainless steel sheet, which enhances rain and dust proof. The bracket and the carriage is connected with rivets. ABS calcium plastic material is put among the back door bracket and other plates to avoid the cold bridge.
The back door is still a sandwich plates structure. The inner layer is a 12 -millimetre-thick water prof plywood. It is durable and will not go rot. Inside of the plywood uses polyurethane to keep warm. The back door is enclosed with several layers of labyrinth tape to keep the leakage ratio h-1 less than or equal to 1.2.
The outer covering profile adopted is a high-strength aluminum alloy without rivet edging, whose hardness is 30% higher compared with former aluminum profile. Lightweight design:
