4.Application of Schwing's Advanced Manufacturing Technology
Special cutting, rolling and assembly equipments are used for the manufacturing of mixing drum to provide higher accuracy in form and position, better drum performance and higher overall stability.Domestically initiative cold pressing spring-back compensation technology is used for spiral blade to provide higher blade molding accuracy and more reliable quality.Structural parts adopt the painting technology of twice ball blasting + twice priming paint + twice finish paint, more durable.
