Basic information:
1.It adapts to shipyards and other specific operating environment and can work in damp, strong corrosive, dusty, high-temperature, low-temperature environment.

6.It has the function of programmed action.Only when the angle of the tower arm transforms to the largest,the tower telescopic arm can stretch out.And only when the tower telescopic arm retracts absolutely,the tower arm can transform downward.To prevent tilting forward or tilting backkward and ensure the stability of the vehicle.
7.Control System
·PLC and CAN bus control mode.Use a metal anti-aircraft plug.And the level of protection reaches IP65.
·Be equipped with upper and under platform console(ground console and platform console).And use the reversing switch to transform.
·The under console indicates oil temperature, oil pressure ,water temperature and many other things of the diesel engine.
·Ground console and platform consoleare are equipped with emergency stop button.When something unexpected happens, the operator can quickly cut off power supply to avoid the platform continue to move.
8.Security Protection
·Working bucket with automatic leveling function.Angle of working bucket relative to the horizontal plane Angle cannot be greater than 1.5 °.
·Be equipped with 24 v auxiliary power unit.So when the engine and the main oil pump break down,it can make the working bucket fall to the ground safely.
·Safety valve is installed in hydraulic circuit to prevent pressure rasing abnormally in hydraulic components.
·When the machine is parked on the ground whose unlevelness is over 3 °, the action of the arm frame will be limited.
·Upper and under console have a shield to protect.
·The head of the arm frame and cylinder piston rod and other places all have dust-sand prevention devices.
·There is position in the underframe and turntable to install rings for lifting easily.
·The identification is clear and unambiguous.
