 General layout and structural features


1. The chassis of holo zz1257m4647c Euro III flat head diesel class II General Motors (optional according to user's requirements). The upper part of the car adopts a folding arm structure, an electronic remote control water monitor is installed on the upper arm end, and the fire water pipe is fixed on the inner side of the boom. As the water cannon is arranged on the upper part of the cab, it has the function of front cannon. Thus, the muzzle of the gun can be directly aimed at the fire source at night to spray fire. The luffing and rotation of the boom and the operation of the water cannon can be controlled on the turntable, and the emergency operation system is set up.

2. Luffing mechanism: the lower arm luffing is single cylinder direct push type, the luffing can reach 0-80 degrees, and the upper arm luffing is single cylinder push swing rod type.

3. Boom structure: the boom adopts high-quality steel plate welded into a rectangular structure, and after anti-corrosion treatment.

4. Waterway system: the system consists of water cannon, water pump, water pipe and accessories. The bending and rotating part of the boom is connected by a stainless steel metal hose. The domestic upper part of the upper arm is equipped with the domestic electronic remote control water cannon (which can be equipped with foam gun head quickly). The domestic cb10.20/30.60 rear mounted fire pump is selected as the water pump. The water pump is equipped with a water inlet with a diameter of 132 mm, which can absorb water from natural water source or liquid tank. The suction pipe is two 4m long suction pipes, which are arranged at the bottom of the pump. There are two water outlets on both sides of the water pump, and the interface is a fast water interface. There is an 80 mm water injection pipeline on the right side of the back sealing plate of the water tank, which can directly inject water into the tank through the water pump. In order to keep the temperature of the power take-off within the limit in continuous operation, a forced cooling pipeline is also provided.

5. Turntable: the turntable is a part that can be lifted up and down. The upper part is equipped with boom, luffing cylinder, console, etc., and the lower part is installed on the lower auxiliary beam through slewing bearing and central rotary joint. Therefore, the steel plate is welded into a box structure to meet the needs of strength and stiffness.

6. Central rotary joint: it is composed of a rotating body, an outer fixing body and a slip ring. It is used to realize the transmission of pressure water, hydraulic energy and electric energy. The rotating body is fixed on the turntable and rotates with the turntable, and the outer coat is fixed on the lower car. The hydraulic oil is sealed with "O" ring, and the power transmission has good insulation protection.

7. Slewing mechanism: it is composed of hydraulic motor, reducer, slewing gear, etc. The hydraulic motor is driven by high pressure oil, and the rotary gear and slewing bearing drive the turntable to rotate through the reducer to reduce the speed and increase the torque, so as to realize the smooth and accurate rotation of the lifting part.

8. Auxiliary beam: the auxiliary beam is the basic part of the lifting car, bearing the weight of the whole car and all external loads. Its structure is a small box structure with both ends closed, and it is reliably connected with the main beam of the car, with vertical legs, which greatly improves the safety and stability of the whole vehicle lifting operation.


9. Power take-off device: the device is composed of partial power take-off and full power take-off. The function of the power take-off is to transmit the power of the automobile engine to the hydraulic oil pump through the power take-off of the gearbox, which is used as the power source of the whole machine to drive the actuator to realize the luffing, rotation and other functions of the boom. The function of the full power power take-off is to transmit the power of the automobile engine to the feed water pump through the power take-off to provide the pressure water source for the water cannon, water gun, etc.

10. Hydraulic system: the hydraulic system is the control system of the whole machine, and its main control components and cylinder seals are imported from Europe. By operating the handle of multi-channel manual proportional valve, the luffing and rotation of boom can be realized. It can control the movements of the remote control gun on the turntable, such as pitch, pitch, rotation, DC and spray. In order to make the boom stop at any working position reliably, each oil cylinder is equipped with a balance valve to make it move smoothly and lock reliably. In order to make the rotation stable and reliable, a buffer valve is installed on the rotary oil circuit to reduce the swing amount of rotary brake.

14. Safety protection device
