This fixture is a surface mount lamp, and comes pre-wired with a bezel-mounted heavy-duty on-off toggle switch. It is easily mounted using 3 screws along the outside flange. Like all Marinebeam products, this lamp is not polarity sensitive, and contains our integral Constant-Current chip-set for maximum light output, and 12V/24V capability.
It has a very low profile design, and uses mouse-trap type stainless steel retaining springs, allowing it to fit into any headliner which currently houses halogen puck type downlights. This lamp also has a 100% EMI-free design, yet still has multi-voltage capability (10-30VDC) thanks to the latest chipset design.
