1.First, the tank structure of the tank truck
Tank truck is a kind of tank body shape, with the function of self-priming oil and self-discharge, mainly used for the transportation and storage of petroleum derivatives (gasoline, diesel, crude oil, lubricating oil, etc.). The tank body is composed of front and rear heads, front tanks, variable section and rear tanks. A waveproof device is installed about 1 per cent inside the tank, and the front and rear parts of the tank are connected to the middle part of the variable section to effectively reduce the center of gravity of the whole vehicle
2.The tank structure of the tank truck and its manufacturing process
The inside of the tank is equipped with an anti-impact plate, reduce the impact of the oil during transportation and improve the rigidity of the tank, the top of the tank is provided with a manhole, two breathing safety valves for maintenance purposes, in order to make the normal pressure in the tank, the breathing valve of the ventilation device installed on the top of the tank, when the oil expands or is refueled to the tank, when the external pressure is 8kPa, the valve plate on the breathing valve opens; When the oil pump is used to discharge oil or the oil is cooled and contracted, the pressure is lower than the external pressure of 3k Pa, and the valve plate under the breathing valve is opened.
