UK-25 underground LP dumper truck is mainly used in underground mine,particularly for transporting the ore to the surface. It can be used for the construction of railways,highways, water conservancy and other tunnel projects.
This machine employs Benz engine,and is deployed with platinum dry-type exhaust cleaner and silencer provided by CEP.Its transmission system uses hydraulic torque converter and power-shift gearboxes provided by DANA.Braking system uses full-hydraulic form,spring brake,hydraulic release and this system integrates service braking,parking brake,and as well as emergency brake.It is reliable for poor working conditions,narrow operating aite,low ceiling,and muddy operation surface.
The steering system adopts load-sensing technology and thus the steering system is always with the highest priority.The major components of hydraulics mainly employ Rexroth,Parker,Danfoss,and other world-renowed company's products.Structural design emloys 3-D parameters modeling and strength analysis so as to ensure the strength of the entire vehicle.
