Its framework is made of special designed aluminum alloy profiles and 0.6mm prepained/galvanized metal sheets(so called coloured steel sheets), completely different from the traditional van bodies made by heavy steel with 2-3mm thickness. Guofu truck body is combinable and composed of 5 pieces SKD panel (front wall , L/R side wall, roof and rear door); Its assembly process is very easy as the assembling work can be finished within 2-3 hours by universal handy tools , and its structure strength is proved by scientific Finited Element Theory and Road Test.

Structure:
The roof, front panel, side panels and rear door are made by sandwich composite panels, with XPS or PU foaming core and CS or AS sheet inter/external skin. The structure is also combinable by using the specially designed aluminum profile .
