In the initial design of our Dry Van box, we fully consider the firm can not be deformed, so in the selection and assembly of materials, more solid and firm than the general conventional car body, the material is more thick, front and rear corner protection, back door frame is our key reinforcement.
The board of the side box is made of glass fiber steel with polyurethane interlayer inside. The glass fiber steel has high hardness, corrosion resistance, smooth surface and integrated molding. The inner polyurethane sandwich is light and heat preservation.
CKD assembly mode will be maximized to complete 85% for you in our factory, and the remaining 15% can be assembled in 30 minutes by only 2 people. We will attach videos and pictures to explain how to assemble. The tool needed for assembly is a welder, which only needs to spot weld a few places. The rest are ordinary tools. We will also give you a rivet gun.
