Railway Window
- The window is made up of a combination of frame, glass, and sealing strip. Divided into movable and fixed section, the louver for ventilation can also be regarded as a special window.
- Among them, the movable window is divided into an inversion type, an upper window pull-down type, a lower window push type. Movable window has a handle and a four- or triangular lock.
- The window needs to meet the following performance requirements:
- Rainproof performance: Rainproof test shall be carried out in accordance with 7.1 of TB/T 3107, and leakage shall not occur.
- Watertight performance: Under the condition of 3L/( m².min), the leakage pressure difference is △P≥350Pa.
- Wind pressure resistance performance: deformation pressure value P1 ≥ 3kPa; safety pressure difference P3 ≥ 3.5kPa.
- Insulation performance: heat transfer coefficient K ≤ 3.5W / (m².K).
- Sound insulation performance: weighted sound insulation Rw ≥ 25dB.
- Durability: 2×104 full-stroke opening and closing test of the movable window, the equalization mechanism or the turning mechanism should not be invalid; the main body of the window is not deformed and does not open.
- The clear window height of the movable window that is opened downwards or upwards should not be less than 340mm and can be stopped at any position.
- The net opening angle of the inner reversing window should not be less than 30°.
- The force of the switch window is not greater than 80N after the total assembly of the window, and the window should not be greater than 100N after loading.
