Casting Rail Steel Plate of Tr68, Railway Steel Plate, Tie Plate

A tie plate, baseplate or sole plate is a steel plate used on rail tracks between flanged T rail and the crossties. The tie plate increases bearing area and holds the rail to correct gauge. They are fastened to wooden ties by means of spikes or bolts through holes in the plate.

Our Base Plates/Tie Plates are a combination of careful manufacturing and detailed customization. We produce these Tie Plates from hot-rolled steel sections which are then punched and sheared to size. We can manufacture these plates in the widely used single shoulder or double shoulder designs or as according to the specifications and requirements of our clients. We also have the capability to manufacture Ribbed Base Plates, Flat Standard Base Plates, Sole Plate, Metallic Pad, Bearing Plate, and Flat Inclined Base Plates through both rolling and casting.
