J Type Chain Chaser
J chain chaser is used to cover the anchors from the seabed when the anchor and chains are detached from the buoy or the pennant has broken .
In order to avoiding the damage to the chain and wire ,the chaser material is not as hard as the chain and wire materil .
Marine J lock chaser's unique design allows the chaser to be towed along the chain in one direction ,also then locks onto the chain and doesn't slide any further. Due to the chaser has now locked, the chain can be pulled and any tension in the mooring line , it will be directly transferred to the chaser itself.
Besides, the guiding design of the J Chain chaser enables the catching of the chain when the Marine Steel Casting Chain Chaser approaches a mooring point where the catenary angle is as high as 45 degrees.
