This series of Deutz engine is 4 cylinder marine diesel engine, energy-saving and environmental product, AVL and Bosch through absorbing the world advanced internal-combustion engine techonology and optimizing design as per the vessel power features and configuration requirement. With lower displacement, it has the feature of strong power, high reliability, more economy and low noise, is an ideal power for inland navigation, fishing and business ships etc. It can meet IMO Tier II emission standard with CCS, ZY, BV certificates etc.

Cylinder block
All the EuroII engines adopted EuroIII cylinder block
Advantage--the EuroIII cylinder block rigidity is higher, improve engine operation reliability and longer the engine using life.
Fuel injection pump
PS8500 injection pump, only 415 series is PS 7100
Advantage--PS8500 is the first line product in engine field of China market, fuel consumption, torque and displacement better than others.
The injector is by U.K DELPHL tech. better pulverization and sufficient burning.
Connecting rod
By EuroIII standard
Advantage-- Adopts the standard EuroIII of RICHARDO, U.K., strengthening and upgrading the current connecting rod.
Starter
Adopts deceleration type starter
Advantage-- volume and weight reduce 1/3 than others. Big torque ensured when starting at lower temperature and no tooth breaking, adopts advanced tech of slow engagement sealing system, extends using life.
