The turntable rings' rough are by casting, then we machine the rough rings, after that we do assembly and fill the balls, play grease, and then fit on the name plate and nipple, then do paint.
Material of the rings: ductile cast iron(nodular cast iron), code QT500-7
Hardness of ring:170-230HBS
Heat treatment: Because ductile cast iron is with good wear-resisting property, so no need heat treatment.
Tensile Strength: 500MPa
Minimum Yield: More than 7%.
Hardness of balls: 60-66 HRC, material is ball bearing steels SAE52100
Machining Tolerances for diameter of outside ring: +/- 1.2mm
