1. Product Description:
The shelving system can be applied in any environment, from offices to industrial warehousing. It is designed for light to medium heavy loads of up to 150 kg/shelf (and more in special cases). Multitier installations are also available as the frame can take loads of up to 4000 kg.
Adjustable by 25mm shelves levels and range of accessories are comfortable to user to build easily configuration needed for different type of goods. Flat surface of shelves doesn't damage good's packages. The shelving components are finished in a high quality epoxy coating. The standard colors are RAL 7035 (light grey), RAL 5015 (sky blue) for the uprights or galvanized for the shelves.
The upright is 65mm width, it is perforated at a pitch of 50mm on the front face and 25mm pitch on the side. The shelves are amounted on the upright using clips.. The light duty storage shelf uprights can be combined with long span racking system as the perforations are on the same level and pitch.
Variable shelf heights are achieved with the adjustable shelves in accordance with the size of the stored goods.
2. The basic components
Upright:
The upright is around 55-60mm width, which has the similar structure with pallet rack frames. Horizontal and diagonal braces are fitted to the lower and upper part to ensure frame rigidity. Bolted base plates are fitted to each frame, dependent on designed capacity.
Step Beam
They are adjustable on vertical pitch of 50mm or 75mm. Each beam has a step of 24-28mm for fitting of steel shelves, and an integral safety lock is fixed to prevent accidental removal of step beams. Beam load capacity is based on your requirements.
Steel shelves
Cold rolled steel sheets are used to make the steel shelves. Normally the material thickness can be 0.6mm to 0.8mm for SPCC. 4-6 pcs of shelves for one level of racking. Underneath the shelves, reinforced bars are spot welded to offer more loading capacity.
The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C.
The standard colors are RAL 5015 (=blue) and RAL 7035 (=light gray). Shleves can also be galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.
