Passenger tire rack, also named stacking tire rack or PCR tire rack. It is tire rack for passenger tire or light SUV tires. This tire racks is stacked design and their posts can be removed, they are widely using in warehouse and logistic center and so on. This stacking tire racks are made of high strength mild steel with powder coated finishing. Usually, the color of this PCR tire rack is orange or blue, the color can be customized. The size 60" x 60" is designed to hold 4 or 5 stacks of 7 or 8tires, depending on tire diameter and width. This passenger tire racks stacking capacity is 5 tiers when they are open, 20 tiers when they are closed.
The TR-01 shelving system is ideal for smaller warehouses with manual handling.
The basis of the system is uprights and shelves made from highgrade powder coated steel. These can be folded and stacked to save space.

The passenger and light truck stacking rack can be used for stacked storage of all types of passenger and light truck tires. The 60"X60" deck is designed to hold 4 or 5 stacks of 7 or 8 tires, depending on tires diameter. For tires measuring 16" and under, 5 stacks can be stored per pallet, and for tires measuring 17" and over, 4 stacks. This is one of the most economical tire storage systems, particularly in terms of initial outlay. It is also the most popular storage system in the United States.
