Radio shuttle racking system is a new generation of high density storage racking system which max your storage utilization and working efficiency.
Radio Shuttle racking system is a high-density storage system composed of racking, radio shuttle and forklift;
Radio shuttle running on the special rail, and can be increased or decreased to raise and lower the pallet cargo, and return it to position.
The shuttle adopts radio remote control, and equipped with battery to provide power, and running forward and backward with four wheels.
The radio shuttle racking system is of high dense storage rack system with high investment cost.
It suitable for storage of large quantities and single species of goods for FIFO or FILO.But there is special requirement for the bottom surface of the pallet. Space utilization rate can reach 80%.

The working principle of Radio Shuttle Pallet rack
Inventory: The goods are put on the front end of the storage tunnels by the forklift truck, through radio remote control shuttles, can carry pallets of goods in track operation;
Pick: radio remote control shuttle carries the pallet from the farthest end of the storage tunnel to the nearest end of the racking system, put down the pallet from the racking system by the forklift truck;
- Mobile shuttle : The shuttle can be place in different storage tunnel by the forklift, several storage tunnels can share a shuttle. The quantity of shuttle is depend on the depth of the storage tunnel, total of goods, shipping quantity, shipment frequency and other factors.
Application:
Food, beverage, chemical, tobacco and other single species, large quantities and relatively single item product.
Date critical cargo such as fruit and food can also be stored.
Radio Shuttle Rack parameters:
1 load capacity : General 1000-1500kg;
2 no-load running speed: 0.7-0.9 M / s;
3 full load running speed: 0.6-0.8 M / s;
4 power source: usually lithium manganese battery;
5 charging battery life: more than 8 hours;
6 remote sensing distance: 50 meters;
