Our company uses medium high-grade configuration ,so our fiber pallet could use at least 7-8 years.We could give 2 years quality guarantee at least.
3-What should be take care for worker when using fiber pallet?----------------------
The worker need to take the gloves and move the fiber pallet ,one wowen could take the pallet .
4- What is the terms payment and delivery time ?-------
T/T ,Or L/C ; The delivery time is about 20-30days after receiving advance payment.

7-What kinds service does QH group provide ?-
I.Pre-Sales:Work as your technical assistant, special design for you according to your land, construct condition and other requirement.
II.Sales:
1.Install and debug equipment according to contract;
2.After sales engineer will help you do prepare works for the first start up and debug for you;
3.In the working site, we supply operation and serviceman training for free. Besides, we can make sure operator can get hold of usage, working requirement, correct maintain way and diagnose remove correctly when machine broke down.
III. After-Sales:
1.Inspect machine regularly, remind user maintain machine.
2.Update control system for free.
3.We will visit and repair for free when machine break down during warranty period.Guarantee spare parts also free delivery to your door.
8-What should we do if machine do not work any more?
We will send technicians for guiding Installation, Commissioning,Trial Production while training the technicians of customer after the equipment arrived at the site;Normally our equipment do not have big problem.The Technicians of customer can take care of it with our help if any problem occur.We usually recommend customers to purchase part of Spare Parts as backup.
