1.Specification for iso tank container:
Tank containers are used for liquid cargos,such as oil,(food oil ,cooking oil,heavy oil) alcohol ,ethyl alcohol,LPG,chemical substance(hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,caustic soda,hydrogen peroxide,benzene) , medical drugs,fruit juices,honey,hazardous materials,fuels and toxic substances etc.
Tank containers are generally designed with an operating pressure which is up to 3 bar(above atmospheric)
The test pressure is 4.5 bar(above atmospheric)
If the cargo requires temperature-controlled system, tank containers can be equipped with insulation or heating system.
The temperature of the cargo can be precisely controlled by using temperature sensors.This is made of SUS generally.
Main Performance Characteristics:
a.To fill oil/Bulk Powder by outside pump through its manhole or inlet hole on the top of tank;
b.To discharge oil/Bulk Powder by self-flow hole on the bottom of the container or discharge oil by pump;
c.Tank container are installed system or insulating layer of rock wool or glass wool;
d.Different coating colors for client's r equirement;
e.Other special design based on client's requirement.
2. The functions of this series of iso tank container price:
