Finds application in conditions of high temperature drop, influence of moisture and detergent cleaning. It has lightweight, resistant to corrosion attack, easily combined with other materials and simple in processing. Film facing of plywood and edge treatment by waterproof paint ensure the water-and wear-resistance.
Production Process.
----------------------------------
1) Cut and repair all the knots(only factory doing this)
2) Kiln dry for every layer to control the moisture rate<6%(only factory doing this)
3) Hot Pressing with the proper temperature and pressure after 5-year experiments
4) Top quality film and glue: from Dynea Finland(dynea phenolic resin film and dynea phenolic
resin WBP glue)(used by less than 3 factories)
Quality Control.

FormplyWe will inspect every sheet before shipping out from our factory. The width, length, thickness, moisture, strength are all checked to make sure every sheet be qualified.
Workshop.

We have our own production line, the workers are very serious and professional, the goods will have strict quality inspection before leaving the factory.

The inside is wrapped with waterproof material, and the outside is cartons, which are packed with packing ropes and loaded into containers to ensure the safety of the goods.
