Container Corner Castings are the key element to the structural maneuverability of shipping containers, they allow shipping containers to not only be able to be locked together both horizontally and vertically but they also allow shipping containers to be connected to other structures through the use of shipping container twist locks and shipping container bridge fitting.
The ISO container corner casting is made of casting steel with low temperature working at -40 °C as standard and the quality is completely in accordance with requirement of international standard.

Technical Requirements
1. Corner casting should be manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of ISO-1161
2. Otherwise unspecified costing corner are R3.
3.The surfaces of corner casting ore permitted to have defects such as sandhales cinderholes, and gashales which should
conform to the following requirements:
a.The depth of defect should not be more than 1mm, and the single defect area should not be more than 5x5(mm) the numbers of the above defects should not be more than 3.
b.The total area of the defects should not be mare than 3% of the area where they are located.
4. Every two volts with hole should be perpendicular to each other, and the perpendicularity should be 1mm.
5. The chamfer 6.5x45°of the hole Ø124x63.5 and the exterior corner R3 are allowed to be filled smoothly
6. The casting should be stamped.
7. The casting should be heat treated.
Container corner parts, 8 PCS/set, 178mmx162mmx118mm (TR,TL, BR, BL),TL to the left of the upper corner, TR to the right of the upper corner; BL is left Angle, BR is right Angle; The arc of the time Angle part is outside, and so are the holes on the three sides. The surface without holes is connected with the container. Each container uses 8 corner parts, including TL2, TR2, BL2 and BR2.
