Normally the delivery time is ab. 30 days after receipt of the deposit.

30% by T/T in advance as the deposit, the balance should be paid before shipment date.
4.Is it difficult to build a prefab house?
The house is produced in modularity, it's easy to be installed, installation video and guide manuals will be sent to you together with the goods,

For big projects we can provide installation services, installation charge standard: 150 USD / Day, The travel fees maybe could be free, but customers need arrange accommodation and dinner, and the customer must ensure staff's health and safety.
