This low bed trailer is a kind of trailer that mainly used to transport various heavy trucks including tow tractors, motor bused and special vehicles, railway vehicles, mining machines, forestry machineries, agricultural machineries including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, pavers, and cranes, and many other heavy goods. The lower the center of gravity, the better its stability and safety and the stronger its capacity of transporting ultrahigh goods and going through barriers at the top of its head.

Its main components include chassis, axle, tyre, suspension system, steel rim, and electrical system.

Performance Features of Low Bed Semi Trailer:

1. The structures of our low bed semi trailers include flatbed type, concave beam type, and tyre-exposed structure. The longitudinal beam is designed with straightness type or goose-neck type. The vehicle frame is of stepped structure, and the section of longitudinal beam is H-shaped, which features high rigidity and intensity.
2. The loading surface of the chassis is very low, thus ensuring the stability of the transportation. So it is suitable for transporting various engineering machineries, large-scale equipment, steel products, and more.
3. This vehicle adopts tri-axial balanced type, bi-axial balanced type or rigidity suspension frame. And there is mass balance block between the front and rear steel-plate springs, which can enable the front and rear springs to have equal deflection changes and the front and rear to receive force evenly distributed.
4. This low bed semi trailer is applicable to various machineries, large-scale goods, highway construction equipment, big tanks, power station equipment, and many other steel products.
5. The whole vehicle uses advanced CAD (computer aided design) software, and the loading surface of the chassis can be specially designed and manufactured in accordance with requirements of our clients in order to better satisfy the transportation of various special goods.
