The skeleton container truck is a kind of container transport semi-trailer frame.
The skeleton type vehicle drive is welded by longitudinal beam, cross beam and front and rear end beam, longitudinal beam adopts high quality steel plate 16Mn submerged arc welding into I-beam (main size 450, 500), cross beam adopts high quality steel plate stamping into groove type, front and rear end beam is welded rectangular section. The middle container locking device is equipped with an integral long crossbeam to increase the load-bearing capacity of the container locking device.
The frame of this series of container transport semi-trailer is all shot blasted, and the whole frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning table, which has a reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance.
