Products Inspection: 
The first step is to observe and touch the tire by human eyes and hands, check the appearance of the FOOD VEHICLE and judge the grade.
Every single FOOD VEHICLE will be examined by special equipment to detect VEHICLE dynamic balance and uniformity.  In addition, all tires and other equipment must be received nondestructive bubble testing and X-ray testing. The checked and tested tires will be sent to the tire warehouse via the conveyor belt and stored on the shelf.

A: We produce 100 sets FOOD VEHICLE every year. Now we are building second phase production line. 
 2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 30 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 1 set, customer can mix different sizes in one 40HQ. We suggest at least 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic. 
 4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your FOOD VEHICLE? 
A:1) Material Purchase Control
Our Material are imported from our local suppliers and foreign suppliers  ect.
2) Advanced production equipment, including German Krupp mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine.
3) all semi-finished tires are inspected 100%, qualified rate is almost 100%. This is seldom in China. 
4)There are 5 times inspection for each food vehicle, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on. 
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A: All products we send to customers are new ones. We don't have any stock to ensure customers use best new food vehicle and new patterns. 
6. Q: Terms of payment 
1). First time cooperation, we can accept  50% TT deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery.
2). By irrevocable LC at sight.
