A: Yes, of course.Sample order to test and check quality is welocme. Mixed samples are acceptable.And we could refund the sample fee to you in your first formal order.

A:Generally,samples need 5-7 days, mass production time needs 25 working days.All depends on your order quantity.

Secondly, please tell us the products' item no. and quantity you demand.We will quote the best price to you and prepare you the proforma invoice.Thirdly, customers confirm the order and arrange the deposit payment.we will arrange the production once we receive the payment.
Fourthly We will inform our customers when the products is ok,and we will arrange the shipment.And our customers will make the balance payment before ship by air or once they receive the copy of B/L that ship by sea.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design with us.If you need your own package,please tell us too.

A:Usually our products is packed with neutral white box or double blister then with the carton for outside packing or as your requirement.FactQ8: What is the shipping cost for my order?
A:It depends on your order quantity and your address. For sample order, usually it was about USD10/KG that shipping door to door by air; For bulk order, by sea will be your best choice.
