Industrial welding air purifier with cartridge filter element
Operation place:
Applied to fixed stations, training school, welding room or insufficient room on ground, it can be fixed on walls or pillars.
Structural composition:
Mainly consist of :versatile fume extraction arm( We can equip this purifier with 5m,6m extension pole arms via 3M steel structure radial arm on the bottom of purifier except for normal 2m, 3m, 4m ones, then equip requested flexible fume extraction arm) high temperature resistance vacuum hose, exhaust hood with volume damper, fire proof high efficiency filter cartridge, new Korean castors with brake apparatus, flue dust drawer, fan, imported motor, electric cabinet and so on.
Working principles:
Welding smoke and dusts are captured into filter device via exhaust hood or fume extraction arm, then will be stopped by splitter plate to go into the flue dust drawer. Thus big particles and sparks will be separated, the left smoke and dusts will be purified by filter cartridge , the clean air will be fed back to the workshop via fan.
Advantage:
1. Equipped with versatile fume extraction arm which can be used in a 360-degree radius, it can collect the smoke from the very beginning, improving the collection efficiency immensely and making the operators safe.
2.Clean air will go through silencer to lower the noise when fed back from fan exit.
3. Consumable material in purifier is with stable performance to be changed conveniently.
4. Small size ,low power, low energy consumption.
5. It is wall-mounted, covering a small area, operated conveniently.
6. Control cabinet outside can be installed in suitable place according to using conditions.

LB-JZ (D) back-flushing pressure is 0.5-0.6Mpa.
