1. Structure Introduction
Bag filters are widely used as dust removal equipment. From the outside, the bag filter is mainly composed of a box and an ash hopper. Inside the box are fans, unloaders, and ash discharge valves. There will be access openings and burst vents specially designed for maintenance on the box.
The main accessories of the OYANG bag filter are dust bags and dust collector frames. The dust bag and the dust skeleton are the main internal structures of the bag filter. The skeleton of the dust collector plays a supporting role, and the dust filter bag filters the dust, thereby separating the dust and the flue gas.
2. Operating principle
The dust-laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bag from the lower part, and the impurities with large particles fall directly into the ash hopper. When the dust-laden gas passes through the pores of the filter material, the dust is trapped on the filter material, and the clean gas passing through the filter material in The discharge port is discharged. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of pulse flushing and fall into the ash hopper.
The ash in the ash hopper can be selectively added to the briquetting unit at the back end to compress the recyclable dust and large particles of impurities into brick-shaped blocks for use as downstream products or as biomass fuel to achieve plant revenue.
1. The dust removal power system is assembled by a number of 7.5KW fans, replacing the traditional large fans. The fans are started and stopped step by step, which can be started and stopped according to the number of equipment in real-time.
The minimum operation of 7.5KW can be realized, and the ultimate energy-saving rate can reach 95%. (Take a 150KW dust collector as an example, if the workshop uses dust removal for 1 piece of equipment, the dust collector can open a 7.5KW fan,7.5KW/150KW =0.05).
2. Dust collector fan suction outlet is directly located at the top of the filter bag, the fan produces negative pressure without any loss, directly acting on the dust collector filter bag, and air volume efficiency is up to 99%.
3. All the processing equipment is equipped with a pneumatic gate valve. The processing equipment and the pneumatic gate valve intelligent linkage, when the processing equipment processing valve opens when the processing equipment idle valve closed. The waste of air volume can be avoided to the greatest extent and energy savings can be realized.
