Applications :Qingdao Loobo welding fume extractor are mainly used to extract/collect the fume and dust in the metal fabrication process, like the welding, polishing, grinding, metal cutting, etc.
Use for purification of the smoke and dust during the welding, polishing, cutting, grinding process and the recycling of rare metals and precious material, can purify large amounts of suspended small metallic particles in the air.
*** Operating Principle:
It is equipped with three layer filter system
1, under the help of the fan device, the welding fume is sucked into inlet through sucking hood. There is the flame arrester in the inlet, so the spark can be blocked here, the left fume and dust is sucked into gravity separator, and then the bigger particles firstly descend into dust bag.
2, the smaller particles are arrested in the surface of core filter. The cleaner gas then flow into clean room after being purified by core filters.
3, in clean room, the clean gas is then further purified by active carbon. At last, the gas meets the required standards and enters into air or other required room.
**Facility Characteristics
2. The filter cartridge adopts imported brand coated filter paper, with a service life of up to 6000 hours, and can purify 0.3 micron dust particles. The same applies to wet and sticky dust particles;
3. The upgraded version of the aluminum alloy universal suction arm can move freely and hover arbitrarily, collecting flue gas dust from the place where the dust occurs, which improves the dust collection rate and ensures the health of the workers.
4. Three-level protection measures are adopted for Mars and large particle slag equipment to avoid fire hazards from the source and improve the service life of welding smoke purifiers;
5. The purified clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the exhaust vent, and the noise is effectively controlled within the standard range;
6. Equipped with special Korean-style universal castors with brakes, the movement and positioning of the equipment is more convenient

The-XZ(D) is basically same to the XZ. The main difference is when you connect air compressor to back-flush for cleaning cartridge, the back-flushing of XZ(D) can be auto-controlled by pulse valve; while the back-flushing of JZ is manual type. Compare with JZ series, XZ(D) is suitable for the heavy smoke workshop
