FD series flat bag filter  introduction

FD series flat bag filter is our company developed the dust collector for the high-end market. Its wide range of applications.Can be used in casting, tobacco, food processing, chemical and other different industry in the ash handing system. With the features of easy installation, long service life, high safely performance, ect. The flat  bag filter layer structure, has small volume, enery saving, high efficiency, easy maintenance, etc.

Working principle

  Dust through the upper gas inlet cover after air flow uniform distribution, from top to bottom through the precipitator, net by flat bag filter into the gas chamber . In this process, the filter bag dust and dust from forming on the surface layer, as thickening layers of dust on the filter bag, filter filtration resistance increase.  When the net gas chamber and the pressure difference to setting of the dust chamber, pulse control meter control pulse valve open, compressed air through the holes on the spray torch, for each column for blowing dust filter bag.  Soot cleaning process can be set according to request of soot, every once in a while, the adhesion of dust on the filter bag is preset program will be compressed air and the secondary drainage gas blowing falls and fell into a set of grey at the bottom of the filter device, again by ash conveying device away .
