The new washing type dust removal equipment is easy to use; the dust generated during grinding, cutting, milling and other production processes is sucked into the equipment to be purified and discharged. The area adopts an open doorless design, which greatly enhances the effect of vacuum cleaning. The device is equipped with a one-button automatic flushing device, and the maintenance is simple and convenient. The purification effect reaches more than 90%.
When the dust-laden exhaust gas passes through the water-bath dust collector, its rotation speed is further enhanced. When the dust-laden exhaust gas that rotates strongly and rises encounters the absorption liquid of the large-area spray tower, because the spray absorption liquid is well atomized, its specific surface area is reduced. It has been increased by more than 2,000 times compared with normal conditions, forming tiny water droplets with strong adsorption and capture capabilities. These small water droplets contact and collide with the rapidly rotating and rising flue gas in the tower body, adsorbing and trapping smoke and dust.
Due to collision, adsorption, and trapping, the diameter of the water droplets increases continuously, and the dispersion degree decreases. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the strong rotating flue gas, they are thrown to the tower wall and fall to the liquid collecting tank at the bottom of the tower under the action of gravity.

The Water Dust Collection Booth facilitates dust removal from the work environment through the following 6-step process:
- The collection booth is filled with water.
- The water is circulated through the unit repeatedly. As a result, a wall of water forms as the liquid runs down the nearly vertical exposed surface of the unit.
- The "waterfall" or wall of water runs from the top of the unit to the collection tray located at the bottom of the unit.
- While the water flows continuously through its cycle, the motors create a vacuum that draws the dust in the air into the flow of water.
- The water (with the dust) lands in the catch basin at the bottom of the water wall.
- Periodically, empty the mud that is created by this dust extraction process.
