Air- tank Pulse Cloth Bag Type Dust Collector
The body of air- tank pulse cloth bag type dust collector was separated into several tanks, each tank has 32, 64, 96 filter bags, on the side of each tank there is a poppet valve driven by cylinder at the outlet pipe. The deashing controller will send out signals after the dust collector filter dust-containing gas in a certain amount of time, the poppet valve in the first tank will start to shut air flow, and then the pulse valve will open, compressed air whose pressure is larger than 0.4MPa will get into the net chamber and claen the dust attached on the filter bag. When these steps are finished,the poppet valve will reopen and get the tank back to work and complete all the cleaning one by one in accordance with the above procedures.
Air- tank pulse cloth bag type dust collector clean the dust by the tanks separatedly and alternately, The pulse and cleaning cycle of each tank will run automatically by pre-set procedures so as to ensure cleaning effect. The design of the entire cabinet uses inlet and outlet duct structures, the ash bucket can extend into the inlet manifold, so that dust-containing gas will directly get into the extended ash bucket to achieve dust removel in advance. So air- tank pulse cloth bag type dust collector can not only deal with dust gas of normal concentration, but also the high concentred ones.
Air- tank pulse cloth bag type dust collector is a kind of bag type dust collector with the absorption of foreign advanced technology of similar products by our factory. It overcomes the sub-room cleaning dust which strength is not enough, the shortcomings of re-adsorption phenomenon exists in the processing of pulse jet filter cleaning and filtering .It adopts the way of off-line cleaning the dust, with good cleaning efficiency, the resistance of its system is low and collection efficiency is high , which is widely applied to the dust purification processing system of building material, metallurgy, mines, chemistry, coal, and fine powder of non-metallic mineral processing.
This series of dust collector are made of shell, dust hopper, dust discharging device, scaffold and pulsing system ect. When the dust- containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, the dust particles will directly drop into the ash bucket when colliding sloping baffle because of inertia effect, which can also protect the filter bag and increase the service life and dustproof efficiency. When the air flow enters the ash bucket, it will come up and get through the filter bag equipped with a metal rack, dust will be collected on the filter bag, the cleaned gas will enter the clean chamber upon the filter bag, the air inlet is equipped on the ash bucket, when the airflow enters ash bucket, it will first run into baffle at end of the air inlet tube, the working principle is same as above.
