The product can remove dust in different chambers at the same time, use big pulse valve to remove dust,
strong dust remove capacity, good efficiency, long service life, suitable for treat high concentration dust, can simple the process, cost down the equipment investment.
Compact structure, save cover space.
The filtration area of JLPM type air tank bag filter is 93-4361m2, the wind volume
is 6900m3/h-314000m3/h.
It is widely used for cement, metallurgy, machine, chemical and refractory industry,
it is specially used in these areas of cement plant: crushing, packing, warehouse, clinker cooling and dedust
of mill, it is also suitable for dedust of coal mill, but it need extra antiexplosion device.
When the dust concentration in the air is over 1000g/m3, it doesn't need cyclone.
For cold place,the dust collector also can be used when add heat insulation device.
Structure and work principle
Structure: this is assemble structure consists of different chambers,the air into the chamber can be cutoff one by one,
the pulse valve on the top of chamber eject the compressed air to each chamber, it is called offline dust remove. It is
different with online dust remove, it avoid the dust flying during the dust remove, the removed dust have enough time to
fall into the bottom of hopper. It can change the filtration bag when the dust collector is running.
Work principle
The air contained dust enter into the inlet of tank, pass the inclined isolation plate then flow into the ash hopper, meanwhile
the airflow velocity become slow, because inertia function, the coarse grain in the air fall into the ash hopper, the fine grain
enter into the filtration chamber along with airflow, the dust is adhere onto the outside of filtration bag, the clean air pass through
the bag into the upper of clean chamber, the air from clean chamber of each chamber are collected at the outlet,it is extracted into the air space by main fan.
Along the filtration, the dust adhere onto the bag will increase, the airflow resistance is becoming big, when it reach to a preset value, the pressure transducer
will issue signal, the controller will close the valve of the first chamber, cut off the airflow. The pulse valve will be opened, the compressed air will eject the
filtration bags and let the bag expand sharply, then remove the dust on the bag surface.Then the pressure difference will recover to the original situation.
Then close the second chamber, remove the dust on the bag, then the third chamber, when dust remove of all chambers is finished, the controller is closed,
the dust collector recover to normal working situation.
