Working Principle
Wet electrostatic precipitator spray water mist directly to the electrode and corona area. The water mist is charged in the electric field formed by the electrode and further atomized. Finally, the dust particles and fog droplets are driven by the electric field force to reach the dust collector and are captured. The dry electrostatic precipitator removes the dust on the plate by vibration and dust cleaning, while the wet electrostatic precipitator sprays water to the dust collecting pole to form a continuous water film and the captured dust is washed into the ash hopper and discharged with water through the flowing water film. Although there are many types and structures of wet electric dust removal, the basic principle is the same, which is to separate aerosol and suspended dust particles in the gas by means of electric dust removal.
Structure of fiberglass reinforced plastic wet electrostatic precipitator
Main: include dust collector, support beam, flushing pipe and support beam, anode cylinder (also known as precipitation column). Using advanced conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic, the fiberglass reinforced plastics wet electrostatic precipitator has good conductivity and easy to clean. The upper and lower ends of the anode film are provided with supporting pipes and the upper supporting pipes are used as flushing pipes. The six surfaces of the anode film can be washed online through the flushing pipe to ensure that the anode film does not scale. The four supporting pipes above and below the anode film are supported by four supporting beams respectively. The supporting beam on the anode film is fixed on the tower wall and the supporting beam on the bottom is fixed on the tower wall. By adjusting its height at both ends, the tension of the anode film is realized. The precipitation pole is made of fiberglass honeycomb structure.
