Mechanical rapping bag filter is a dust removal device that uses a bag filter element made of fiber woven fabric to capture solid particles in dust-laden gas. When intercepted, the dust collected on the filter bag is regularly removed by the ash cleaning device and falls into the ash hopper, and then discharged through the ash discharge system. The dust-laden flue gas enters the intake chamber from the upper part of the precipitator, and part of the coarse particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia, while the rest of the dust-laden flue gas enters the intake chamber through each intake branch pipe, and flows into the filter bag evenly through the upper flower plate. A large amount of dust stays in the filter bag, and part of the dust falls directly through the lower deck into the ash hopper.


The purified gas enters the atmosphere through the exhaust valve. When the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag thickens to a certain level, the operating resistance of the dust collector increases to a certain value, and the microcomputer controls the start of the reverse blower to carry out the two-state separation process of cleaning dust, blowing air to change the pressure inside and outside the filter bag Poor, the filter bag expands to shrink to remove the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag, so that the dust collector can resume normal operation, and the falling dust enters the screw conveyor through the ash discharge valve and discharges to achieve the purpose of recycling materials.

Advantages:

Shortcoming: 

1. The power consumption is large, because it acts in the opposite direction with the powder-containing gas, and the passage space is rapidly reduced, forming a resistance pressure;
 
2. There are certain requirements for dust-containing gas, and it is not suitable for dust-containing gas with high moisture content or viscous dust.

Operating Principle

During the dust gas goes into middle box and under box, the dust can be attached to filter bag and outgoing gas after going through venture and upper box. With the increasing of dust, press loss for dust bag is increased, which will fed back to controller. 

 

Receiving and issuing commands, the controller will touch off every pulse valve to make gas erupts from each jetting hole, then pass a venture tube and spray into corresponding filter bag. The filter bag expands rapidly under instantaneous reaction of airflow, dust fallen off of the filter bag, so the filter bag can be recycled.
