Vibratory Finishing Machine with Automatic Discharge Design
The spiral bottom vibratory tumbler allows 100% parts discharging. When the parts needs to be separated from the finishing media, this machine features a mechanical flap that directs the media and parts to a separation grid with openings where the media falls and back into the bowl, the parts continue to a separate container.
The screen allows parts from the media to realize automatic material selection and save labor costs. The hole size of screen can be customized to suit the media and parts.
